Questions guests often raise
Do you welcome pets?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas accept pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome kit for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats may arrive in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please tell us ahead of time.
Do you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda can be hired privately, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special joy for us; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
Which ages are allowed?+
Our property is reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over, in keeping with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly welcomed at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
Does the casino run around the clock?+
Our main gaming floor operates from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is not unusual on the weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
